On-Site Computer Repair
We perform virus removal, network troubleshooting, installs and upgrades on site. Simple issues are often addressed the same day, while more complex issues may be repaired off-site and returned within a week. If your equipment is old and we find a more cost effective alternative, we will advise you on upgrading.
Remote Support
Basic issues may be resolved over the phone or a technician may be able to solve them remotely. If you have access to the internet, but are having trouble with your computer or network resources, we can help.
Equipment & Upgrades
Selecting a computer or piece of hardware that will last and suit your needs for the long term can be a challenge. We provide equipment that is personally selected or custom made for each client. We also assist with software and hardware updates to make sure you are protected from viruses and malware. Often simple, affordable upgrades can breath new life into your office environment.
Apple Support & Training
We install and support Apple equipment in the home and office environment. Switching from PC to Mac can be frustrating. We ease the transition with useful tips and go over common questions. We also provide assistance with Mac OSX Lion, iLife, iOS and iWork. Lessons are also provided on iPhoto, iMovie, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut Pro.
Virus & Spyware Removal
Virus removal can often be accomplished remotely. If your network connection has been compromised, you have two options: (1) bring everything to us or (2) we come to you and remove the virus on site. In cases where your applications and data have been corrupted, we backup your data, reinstall your operating system and get you back on track.
Network Troubleshooting
Today homes and businesses are consuming more data than ever. If your office or home has a weak connection, it may be time to update or expand your network. If you are experiencing timeouts and connection issues, we can troubleshoot to solve your problem.
